Michael’s philosophy on selling is by helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals in selling their home in the shortest period of time, at the highest price possible and with the least inconvenience. With buyers he enjoys helping them achieve their goal of analyzing their wants and needs in a home, qualifying for a loan , viewing only homes that meet their criteria, writing a contract to purchase, inspecting and closing on the purchase. He wants buyers to buy a sound value, educating them along the process, and providing them a 51 page buyer’s handbook. He has developed an easy to use website to help buyers search the internet for homes, viewing all photos and information that is available with each home.

Michael’s 30 years of experience in selling in Denver, helps buyers and sellers on how to buy right, sell at the best value all with professionalism and educating clients along the process with a major purchase or sale of a home.

In August of 2015, Michael celebrated 30 years of selling homes in the Denver Metropolitan area, and combined, he has personally sold over 500 homes. He has hundreds of satisfied clients who have bought and sold with Michael, and some have bought and sold with Michael up to 7 different homes.

About Denver Neighborhoods

Littleton

The City of Littleton was founded in 1890 and lies just south of Denver. Originally was all farmland, and was subsequently expanded and redeveloped into subdivisions with parks, rivers, Hi Line canals creek river beds. Big housing boom after World War 2, even thru the 1960’s to present day. Lot sizes are larger than normal; many lots have mature trees, plenty of shopping centers. Strong stable tax base, small town summer and winter celebrations, and homes are covered by the Littleton Public School district. Prices of homes range from $100,000 condos up to multimillion dollar mansions.

Highlands Ranch

The largest subdivision in Denver area with over 90,000 residents, and was developed in 1981, and is now in the last phase of completion. The original land was a working cattle ranch dating back to 1888. There are 4 distinct neighborhoods that have been renamed and are now served by several shopping centers and 4 recreation centers. This massive master planned community has quarterly HOA dues, and a strong metropolitan district. Not counting individual custom home builders, there have been over 25 builders who have built in the community. Highlands Ranch is located in Douglas County, and is served by the Douglas County School district. Prices of homes range from $100,000 condos up to multimillion dollar mansions. Since this is a newer community, many of the homes have sought after mountain and or greenbelt views.

Centennial

Centennial is one of the newer cities south of Denver. Michael was part of the original group of homeowners who wished to form a city in the late 1980’s. After years of political maneuvering, and many court hearings including the Colorado State Supreme Court, the city became official in 2001. But Centennial is really a large collection of about 150 subdivisions and HOA’s, that stretches east from the City of Littleton borders, past Greenwood Village, around Foxfield, staying south of Aurora, and then ending almost to E470 highway. Prices of homes range from $100,000 condos up to multimillion dollar homes. This city is in the Arapahoe County district and is covered by Littleton Public Schools, and Cherry Creek School districts.
